The Number of Homes Sold and Average Sale Price for Oakville, Mississauga, Milton & Burlington
From January 1 to December 31 2016
2016 was another record breaking year for real estate in the western GTA. The average sales prices were up in all of the market areas and ranged from 14% in Burlington to 18% in Milton.
The lack of inventory coupled with low interest rates and high desirability continued to be the main driver of price increases.

2016 Rental Market Update
Here are the 2016 Statistics for the Real Estate Rental Market in Oakville, Milton, Mississauga and Burlington broken down by Property Type.

Change from the Previous Year
Oakville: Up 42%. Detached homes were up 49% in Oakville.
Milton: Up 14%
Mississauga: Up 3% Detached were up 33% while condo apartments were down 7%
